Raasay House is currently undergoing a major refurbishment. When doors re-open in spring 2009 it will have been transformed........ Although the doors of Raasay House are closed for 2008, we are still very much in business and still active. We're running a small number of residential outdoor education courses during the summer at Comrie Croft in Perthshire as well as a summer school at Clifton Hall in Edinburgh. Most importantly, we're already taking bookings for the 2009 season. Location

The Island of Raasay lies like an 'emerald jewel' in the Sound of Raasay, just off the coast of Skye. Easily reached by 15 minute ferry crossing from Skye. National coach companies meet the ferry. The nearest national rail terminal is at Kyle of Lochalsh. The nearest airport is Inverness (daily flights from London, Bristol, etc.).

Comfortable full board or half board accommodation in our beautiful old house. Alternatively, we can book you into the nearby hotel. Both stand in their own grounds, with outstanding views 'over the sea to Skye'.
